Willows Investments (WI) is a direct investment firm based in Surrey, Canada. Established in 2007, the firm supports non-listed companies and funds that use market mechanisms to address the most pressing societal challenges. It is a private equity investment firm preferring convertible debt and equity investments in privately held companies, as well as commitments to private equity and debt funds. The firm primarily focuses on managers and entrepreneurial teams based in developed markets and investments in emerging markets primarily with locally-based co-investors. The assets of the firm are managed by the executive management team.
