Weaver Investment Company is a real estate investment company based in Greensboro, North Carolina. Established in 1961, the firm manages the Weaver Group of companies, including the Weaver Investment Company, WHW Partners Corporation, Weaver Capital Corporation, and Weaver Resources Company. It directly invests in real estate and in a variety of business concerns and ventures.
