    I got into diligence with them

    They cold-emailed me. I worked with Taylor, who was very responsive. Flew to out for lunch with me. I also had coffee with them in Boston. However, my deal only really worked for them as a majority deal, due to minimum check size (20M-30M is target, will go to 10M by exception). They do roughly 50/50 mix of majority/minority deals. Like vertical SaaS, all B2B.
