W.A. de Vigier Foundation is a Solothurn-based Swiss foundation that supports young entrepreneurs and Switzerland-based startups with early-stage, award-style capital. Founded in 1987, it focuses on innovative business ideas, including biotechnology, life sciences, medical devices, deep tech, robotics, energy, cleantech and sustainability, with awards of up to CHF 100,000 per winner and CHF 15.6 million awarded since 1989.
