Ver Capital, funded in 2006, is an independent fund management company focused on European credit products. The investment team has been working together for many years and has experience in credit products and strong specialization in corporate debt. Through its own investment programs, Ver Capital offers investors exposure focused on various strategies in the European corporate debt sector: high-yield and investment-grade, senior and subordinated corporate bonds, corporate loans and, senior and subordinated leveraged loans. Ver Capital operates via a twofold platform: closed-ended funds and open-ended funds. Through the closed-ended funds it mainly invests in the private debt sector (typically, leveraged and corporate loan); through the open-ended funds (UCITS IV-compliant sub-fund of a Luxembourg SICAV) it invests in European high-yield corporate bonds.
