United States Holocaust Museum

The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum (USHMM), dedicated in 1993 and located in Washington D.C., inspires citizens and leaders worldwide to confront hatred, promote human dignity, and prevent genocide. The museum currently operates a $175 million investment portfolio and has a target allocation of 20% to alternative asset classes. Much of the current exposure is through multi-manager vehicles, although it does have some direct investments. In the future, the museum plans to target a larger percentage to alternative investments.USHMM utilizes the services of Madison Portfolio Consultants for assistance in overall asset allocation, as well as manager research.
