Founded in 2002, UNION Gruppen is an independently owned real estate firm in the Norwegian commercial property market. The firm provides multiple services including commercial property brokerage, consultation, marketing analyses and valuations, corporate finance, and investment management. The firm's investment management arm, UNION Eiendomskapital, focuses on investing in high quality commercial properties with moderate risk profiles, located in Norway's largest cities. Within this scope, the firm targets office buildings, shopping centers, and warehouse, logistics, or industrial properties. UNION Eiendomskapital currently manages NOK 9 billion kroner and has 16 employees dedicated to its property management and investment activities.
