Firm's target sector includes food services, restaurants, catering, hotels, resorts, attractions, clubs, halls, fitness, spa, meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions (MICE), gaming and gambling. The funds are given out to improve and build operationally expertise, strategic expertise, restructuring expertise and a network of contacts.
