The Southampton University Development Trust

The Southampton University Development Trust is an independent non-profit private foundation based in Southampton, United Kingdom. Established in 1986, the main purpose of the trust is to financially support the University of Southampton by way of gift, legacy, grant, loan, guarantee or such other form of financial assistance as the trustee shall consider appropriate for the advancement or benefit of the University. The assets of the foundation are managed by the trustees of University of Southampton.The Southampton University Development Trust currently does not invests in private equity or venture capital funds.
