The Max Collaborative is a Shaker Heights, Ohio-based family office and privately held real estate investment and development firm owned and operated by members of the Max Ratner family. It deploys family capital across U.S. mixed-use, multifamily and workforce housing projects, including Cleveland, Denver, Los Angeles and other markets. The firm focuses on ground-up development, value-add opportunities and JV equity or direct development structures, with supported project sizes generally ranging from $15 million to $100 million-plus.
