The Glenrock Group

The GlenRock Group LLC is a private equity investment and advisory firm founded in 2000 and based in New York, New York. The firm invests in middle-market companies across a range of sectors including commercial products and services, manufacturing, industrials, and cybersecurity, and selectively provides strategic advisory services, typically in support of businesses in which it has invested as principal. GlenRock was founded by merger-and-acquisitions lawyer Lawrence Graev and operates a global network of collaborative relationships, including affiliate operations under the GlenRock name in Herzliya, Israel (GlenRock Israel, founded in 2003 by Leon Recanati and focused on Israeli life sciences, advanced technology, and private equity) and in Milan, Italy, each independently owned but operating under the shared brand. Disclosed portfolio investments have included candle and home-accessory company Blyth, semiconductor-packaging firm Shellcase, legal-services outsourcer Pangea3 (exited in 2010), and Israeli surgical-technology company 270Surgical.
