Telemos Capital (Jacobs Family)

Telemos Capital (Jacobs Family) is a family-backed private investment firm with offices in London, Zurich and Luxembourg, formed in 2025 from Jacobs Holding and Telemos Capital. It provides evergreen family capital for PE growth/expansion investments, typically committing €100m to €300m of equity for majority stakes in high-performing, cash-flow generative businesses. The firm focuses primarily on Europe, with broader North America exposure, and targets consumer, business services, education, healthcare-related, food and beverage, retail, e-commerce, lifestyle and related growth sectors.
