Technology Hampton Roads Incubator

The Hampton Roads Technology Incubator System is comprised of city-wide, technology-based incubator facilities located within the Hampton Roads Southeastern region of Virginia. The Hampton Technology Incubator (HTI) is currently operational, with 13 in house clients. The James City County Technology Incubator (JCCTI) provides a package of services to meet the individual needs of its clients. The HRTI System offers a means to tap technical and business-related resources at Hampton University, The College of William & Mary, Christopher Newport University, Norfolk State University, Old Dominion University, and Virginia's Center for Innovative Technology.
