TCP Latam is an investment banking and operational management boutique with a focus on special situations in Brazil and Latin America. We assume CRO/interim management roles, restructure financial debt and provide capital raising and M&A advisory. In partnership with financial investors, TCP is also able to provide capital in certain situations. The TCP team comprises expert professionals with previous principal investing, investment banking and operating experience, having previously held positions including CEO, COO, CFO and financial controller across various sectors and segments. We also work with a network of operating professionals in HR, IT, accounting, legal and sales.
