TA Associates Profit Sharing Plan

TA Associates Profit Sharing Plan is a single-employer defined contribution corporate pension based in Boston, Massachusetts. Established in 1976, the plan covers all full-time and part-time employees and partners of the TA Associates Management, the plan sponsor, TA Associates Management Holding, and TA Associates Asia Pacific, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the plan sponsor. The Plan is subject to the provisions of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974. The corporate plan is managed by the board of trustees.
