Syncora Holdings (SHL) is a corporation based in Hamilton, Bermuda. Established in 2006, the company primarily operates through its subsidiary, Syncora Guarantee, and provides financial guarantee insurance and other credit enhancement for debt obligations in the U.S. and international capital markets.
