Suzano Ventures is Suzano’s corporate venture capital arm, with $70 million allocated to startups aligned with renewable products, bioeconomy, forest biotechnology, pulp and paper development, sustainable packaging, paper-based consumer goods and broader climate and sustainability themes. It invests in seed-stage companies and has acted as a lead investor, with investment activity in Canada. The firm is most relevant for founders building bio-based materials, sustainable packaging, waste reduction, cleantech, biotechnology, chemicals or manufacturing technologies with strategic relevance to Suzano.
