Startup Autobahn

Startup Autobahn is a Stuttgart, Germany based accelerator and innovation platform for global startups that brings Silicon Valley tech expertise to the birthplace of automotive. It was founded in 2016 by Daimler AG in partnership with Plug and Play, the University of Stuttgart, ARENA2036 and more partners like Porsche, HPE, BASF and ZF. The firm provides support for startups at the intersection of hardware and software and drives the future of mobility and smart production. It runs two three months program each followed by an Expo Day. The program is stage-agnostic and designed to accelerate early-to-late stage startups by providing all the support to the startups and entrepreneurs such as hardware laboratory space along with onsite experts to assist with machinery and equipment. It prefers only tech startups operating in the logistics, internet of things (IoT), manufacturing, location-based services, cyber security, biometrics, natural language processing, process optimization, customer experience and predictive analytics sectors.
