Southeast Minnesota Capital Partners is a Rochester, Minnesota-based venture capital fund providing early-stage capital to Minnesota entrepreneurs, especially companies connected to Rochester and Southeast Minnesota. It focuses mostly on med tech and life sciences, including medical devices, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals and other technology-enabled opportunities, and invests in seed and early-stage rounds where equity capital is scarce. The firm has acted as a co-lead investor in a Series A financing.
