The Soditic Group is a diversified, privately owned financial-services organisation active across investment research, asset management, corporate finance advisory, and trade finance, with its Jersey platform comprising several FCA- and Jersey Financial Services Commission-regulated entities including Soditic Financial Services Ltd, Soditic Investment Management Limited, Soditic Fund Services Limited, Soditic Management Services Ltd, Soditic Asset Management LLP (authorised and regulated by the UK's Financial Conduct Authority), Soditic Limited, Soditic SA, and SFH Jersey Limited, all operating from 27 Hill Street, St Helier, Jersey JE2 4UA. Soditic SA was originally established in 1971 in Geneva, Switzerland, with founding shareholders Banca Commerciale Italiana (now Intesa Sanpaolo) and Banque de Paris et des Pays-Bas (Paribas), later joined by the Maurice Dwek family and managing partners; S.G. Warburg & Co acquired a minority interest in 1981 and reached 100% in 1990 (renaming the firm S.G. Warburg Suisse S.A.), after which Soditic was re-launched in 1996 by Maurice Dwek and a new management team in partnership with Salomon Smith Barney (Citigroup) and Mercury Asset Management. The group has since repurchased its minority shareholders and is currently owned by its managing partners, operating across Jersey, England and Wales, Switzerland, and Italy (the latter via separate affiliate Fineurop Soditic SpA).
