Shell Pension Plan

Shell Pension Plan (UKSPP) is a single-employer and defined-benefit corporate pension based in Houston, Texas. Established in 1938, the pension plan provides retirement, death and disability benefits to the eligible employees of Shell Oil Company and certain affiliated companies. The Bank of New York Mellon serves as the custodian of the plan. The plan is managed by the executive management team.
