Shell Overseas Contributory Pension Fund

Shell Overseas Contributory Pension Fund (SOCPF) is a defined benefit and occupational corporate pension based in Hamilton, Bermuda. The pension scheme was established under the Shell Trust (Bermuda) in 1953 to provide retirement benefits for UK base country employees who were working outside the UK. Shell Trust (Bermuda) serves as the trustee of the plan. The assets of the plan are managed by the board of trustees.
