Schindler Pensionskasse is a single-employer defined benefit corporate pension located in Ebikon, Switzerland. The plan provides retirement and pension benefits to the eligible participants of Schindler Group and their relatives against the economic consequences of old age, disability and death. Its defined benefit plans are covered by funds from separate legal entities or are funded directly by the Group. The pension fund is managed and administered by the board of trustees, composed of an equal number of employer and employee representatives.
