Ryerson Pension Plan

Ryerson Pension Plan is a single-employer defined benefit corporate pension based in Chicago, Illinois. Established in 1996, the plan provides pension benefits to the eligible employees of the Joseph T. Ryerson & Son, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ryerson Holding Corporation. The assets are managed by the investment managers designated by the pension fund management committee. Wells Fargo Bank serves as the plan trustee. The assets of the plan are invested in the trust fund established through the Ryerson Pension Trust.
