Rockwell Fund is an independent non-profit foundation based in Houston, Texas. Established in 1931 as a charitable trust created in pursuant to the will of James M. Rockwell, the foundation focus on tackling issues of its society to provide the best outcomes for low-income individuals, families and communities. Additionally, the foundation focuses to improve health, education, housing and workforce development in its community.
