Rhode Island Infrastructure Bank is an economic development agency based in Providence, Rhode Island. Established by the Rhode Island General Assembly in 1989, the firm is central hub for financing infrastructure improvements for municipalities, businesses, and homeowners. The firm leverages limited capital in a revolving fund to offer innovative financing for an array of infrastructure-based projects including water and wastewater, road and bridge, energy efficiency and renewable energy, and brownfield remediation.
