Rho Acceleration is a New York-based private equity and recapitalization investor focused on significant minority or control investments in U.S. software, SaaS, digital media, marketplace and tech-enabled businesses. It targets privately owned companies with recurring revenue, sticky customers, gross margins above 50%, and typically $15 million to $100 million in revenue, using capital for growth, new products, market expansion and add-on acquisitions.
