Reconstruction Partners is a boutique M&A firm that is based in Nashville, Tennessee. The firm was founded in 2009 and is run by operators. Reconstruction Partners works with two groups, Founders and Private Equity. We assist companies in preparing for growth and then raising the capital necessary to execute the plan and, if it is time to sell, we assist in preparing a company for sale and then run the process.
