Private Capital Research LLC is an investment and consulting organization that provides investment opportunities for private capital investors in the lower end of the middle market. PCR co-invests its own equity in deals that it closes with PCR clients. PCR works only on the buy-side for a select number of private equity investors and corporate clients to produce investment opportunities that fit their criteria on both a generalist, opportunistic basis and a specific search basis. PCR sources opportunities to acquire, or invest in, companies that have between $10 million and $500 million in revenues.
