Phosphor Capital is a venture capital fund led by Kulveer Taggar that backs Y Combinator startups, with $34 million in commitments across two funds including a $17 million Fund I launched in January 2024. It focuses on early-stage and seed founders, especially AI-native and software companies, and has invested across AI, developer tools, cybersecurity, insurtech, marketing software and infrastructure. The firm is most relevant for YC-affiliated founders raising seed capital in the United States and Europe.
