Perseus was a merchant bank and private equity firm headquartered in Bethesda, Maryland. The firm preferred to invest in the technology, biotechnology and medical devices, healthcare, branded consumer products, business services, energy, environment and engineering sectors. Centre Lane Partners participated in the restructuring of the remaining Perseus funds.
