Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) is an economic development agency based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Established in 2000 as an independent agency of the Commonwealth to administer Pennsylvania's economic stimulus packages. It holds fiduciary responsibility for the funding of programs and investments in Pennsylvania's economic growth, including the Ben Franklin Technology Development Authority and New Pennsylvania Venture Capital Investment Program.
