PEI Funds (PEI) is a secondary limited partner based in New York, New York. Established in 1992, PEI is a specialist in small private equity secondary purchases, typically less than $30 million in net asset value, of mature venture capital, growth equity, mezzanine and buyout fund interests and portfolios of direct privately held companies. The firm also has primary investment capabilities in venture capital, growth equity and buyout funds at the time of their origination. PEI's investors include major fund managers, corporations, endowments, foundations and family offices. The assets of the firm are managed by the executive management team.
