Established in 1988, the firm offers advisory services such as merger and acquisition, sales, joint ventures, capital restructuring and reorganization and corporate finance. The firm makes investments in private equity investments in the private equity, corporate advisory, capital management, infrastructure and real estate sectors. The assets of the firm are managed by the executive management team.
