Partnerinvest Norr (operating through legal vehicle Partnerinvest A-vre Norrland AB) is an evergreen venture capital firm established in 2009 to 2010 through a joint initiative of regional development finance entities Norrlandsfonden and Almi Invest, and is based in Lulea, Sweden, operating across the Norrbotten and Vasterbotten counties of northern Sweden. The firm invests in early and expansion-stage limited companies with scalable business models and driven entrepreneurial teams across sectors including cleantech, e-commerce, trade, tourism, industrial, media, transportation, information technology, communications, and life sciences, and collaborates with private investment partners to provide substantial capital and extensive regional networks. Partnerinvest Norr has deployed capital through successive funds (including Partnerinvest i Norr Fond II, with a a'-19.89 million ERDF commitment), has made more than 100 disclosed investments across 59-plus exits, and is a recipient of European Regional Development Fund support. Disclosed portfolio companies include Exeri AB (smart-grid surveillance), Photon Sports, Sustainalube, Cropcision, Crystallfall, Senseworks, HiloProbe, Elastisys, and RockSigma.
