Panasonic Pension Plan is a single-employer defined benefit corporate pension fund based in Newark, New Jersey. Established in 1962, the plan provides pension, retirement, disability, and death benefits to the employees of Panasonic Corporation of North America. The plan is administered by the pension plan committee. The committee has overall responsibility for the operation and administration of the plan. The committee determines the appropriateness of the Plan's investment offerings and monitors investment performance. Sei Private Trust Company serves as the trustee of the plan.
