Otium

Otium is a thesis-driven fund, backing founders who are building the creative society. We invest at an early stage (seed/series A, from €500,000 to €5 million) across Europe. We are patient capital and retain a significant follow-on capacity. Our mission is to push forward the entrepreneurial minds that are shaping tomorrow’s society. That means we're focused on creating positive outcomes in the areas of work, education, health, consumption and cities. To address the needs of different startups, we’ve created two investment teams: Otium Venture focuses on tech investments, backing startups that create value through software, data and network effects. Otium Consumer focuses on consumer startups that create new products and services tailored to the needs and values of Millenials and Gen Xers.
