Oriens Investment Management

Oriens is a Budapest, Hungary based is an independent, privately owned financial boutique, with a focus on private equity, merger and acquisitions and research activities. It was established in 2007 and primarily invests in small to medium sized companies based in Central Eastern Europe. Its main focus is the manufacturing and services sectors of these countries. The firm buys majority positions in established companies and executes follow-up acquisitions. It is now raising capital for its second private equity fund named Oriens II.
