Opportunity Finance Network (OFN) is an economic development agency based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Established in 1986, the agency is a national network of community development financial institutions (CDFIs) investing in opportunities that benefit low-income, low-wealth and other disadvantaged communities across America. The agency also provides strategic consulting services that include industry capacity building for government agencies, investor services for banks, foundations and other socially-responsible investors.
