Operating Engineers Local 139 Health Benefit Fund

Operating Engineers Local 139 Health Benefit Fund is a multi-employer welfare benefit union pension fund based in Pewaukee, Wisconsin. Established in 1970, the plan is maintained and administered according to the provisions of an agreement between Local 139 of the International Union of Operating Engineers and Wisconsin Employers Transportation Employers Council, Associated General Contractors of Wisconsin, Wisconsin Underground Contractors Association, Allied Construction Employers Association, and Associated Earthmovers. The plan provides accident, health, prescription drug, loss of time, dental, vision, and health management benefits under self-funded programs to the eligible union members. The trustee board is responsible for the administration of the fund.
