The firm seeks to invest in the following sectors: manufacturing, food and beverage, medical services, consumer products or services, value added distribution/logistics, business services, education services or support, and financial services. It typically invests in companies with revenues between $5 million and $40 million and EBITDA between $500,000 and $5 million with no size consideration for add-on acquisitions. North American Funds LLC was founded in 1989 and is based in Chicago, Illinois with an additional office in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
