Nordic Development Fund

Nordic Development Fund (NDF) is an economic development agency based in Helsinki, Finland. Founded in 1988, the firm is a multilateral joint development finance institution of the five Nordic countries Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, and Sweden. The objective of NDF's operations is to facilitate climate change investments in low-income countries. NDF finances in cooperation with bilateral and multilateral development institutions. The fund's board of directors makes all grant decisions, while the control committee oversees that the operations are conducted in accordance with the statutes. The assets are managed by the executive management team.Nordic Development Fund's investment portfolio is valued at over EUR110.21 million, with investments in domestic and international equities, fixed income, alternatives, and cash.
