Nexos Capital Partners, LLC (Nexos) is a Hispanic-controlled private equity firm focused exclusively on investments in smaller U.S. companies which are owned by Hispanics and/or which serve the needs of the diverse Hispanic community. Operating from its headquarters in New York and an office in Los Angeles, Nexos evaluates investments in all parts of the United States and in Puerto Rico. The firm seeks investment opportunities in the sectors that include consumer/retail, financial, telecommunications/media, housing-related, healthcare and businesses in procurement-related industries. Nexos generally targets companies with enterprise values in the range of $25-$75 million, with corporate revenues typically ranging from $15-$100 million. Nexos typically makes equity investments of $10 to $30 million per portfolio company. Nexos employs two general strategies for investment: Cornerstone (roll-ups) and Growth Capital.
