NCB Capital (NCB) is a money management firm based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Established in 2007, the firm offers mergers and acquisitions, privatization, divestitures, joint ventures, spin-offs, and corporate restructuring advisory services. It is the investment banking and asset management arm of the National Commercial Bank (over 90% ownership). The assets are managed by the board of directors.
