National Pension System

National Pension System (NPS) is a public pension fund based in New Delhi, India. The fund offers retirement and pension benefits to its subscribers including employees of government of India, state governments and by employees of private institutions and unorganized sectors. NPS is administered and regulated by Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA) created by an act of Parliament of India. The assets of the firm are managed by the board of directors.
