MUFG Union Bank Retirement Plan

MUFG Union Bank Retirement Plan is a single-employer noncontributory defined benefit corporate pension based in San Francisco, California. Established in 1958, the plan provides retirement benefits to the employees of MUFG Union Bank, a national banking association organized under the laws of the United States. The Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee of the plan. The trustee, along with outside investment managers, manages the plan's investments. The investment committee prepares investment guidelines, designates the investment managers, and monitors their performance.
