Modra-Zavarovalnica

Modra-Zavarovalnica (Modra) is a corporate pension fund based in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Established in 2011, Modra provides supplementary pension insurances in Slovenia. The firm manages three pension funds and two guarantee funds. In addition to managing mutual funds, the firm offers pension annuities and collective accident insurance. Employees receive a supplementary pension along with the pension from compulsory insurance, allowing them to maintain a better standard of living they were accustomed to while they were still working. Modra zavarovalnica is a member of the European Association of Public Sector Pension Institution (EAPSPI). As of 31 December 2016, the sole shareholder of Modra zavarovalnica
