Mithras Capital Partners (MCP) is a fund of funds based in London, United Kingdom. Established in 2006, the firm invests in buyouts, distressed, and mezzanine funds. The firm adopts a return driven investment strategy that focuses predominantly on pan-European buyout funds but with scope to invest in other areas of private equity. From 1 April 2009, Mithras Capital Partners became the investment manager of Mithras Investment Trust, which is the parent of the firm. The assets of the firm are managed and governed by the Board of Directors.
