The Mini Fund is an advisory-focused seed fund and venture investor backing founders in Canada and the United States. It invests from friends-and-family and pre-seed rounds through small Series A, with activity across gaming, fintech, entertainment, SaaS, enterprise software, marketing, HR tech, productivity and applications. The fund works closely with a small number of companies on company-building, fundraising, hiring, culture, operations, marketing and business development, and can provide up to $250K in the current or future round via investment rights.
