Metalab is a Victoria, BC-based product design and build studio that also makes direct startup investments. It backs U.S. startups from seed through later-stage venture rounds, with fit where product strategy, interface design, and consumer technology expertise can add value. Investment exposure includes design-led consumer technology, health and wellness, IoT and connected appliances, FoodTech, consumer electronics, and sports and entertainment; the firm has acted as a co-lead investor.
